In case you need some recommendations about good restaurants in the neighborhood you can check this link. I also love Nudo Negro and Lardo (this last one very close to the apartment). There is also a new one close to the building called La Capital.
Regarding vegetarians restaurants some options are: Los Loosers, u.to.pi.a, Veguísima, and The Green Corner.

Where to have a coffee?
There are multiple options. I love El Péndulo (books and coffee), Chiquitito (great quality coffee), Le Pain Quotidien (french bakery), Churros el Moro (churros and chocolate). Clara y Ema is very close from the apartment and they have good breakfast and coffee.

Yes, Casa Gose Condesa is close to the apartment. It is open everyday except Sundays, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
