Once you lock the door, please leave the key in a little white metallic mailbox that is on the fourth floor corridor, next to the 404 door.
Our check-out time is 11:00 a.m. but we can store your luggage in the lobby if you need it.

Visiting rules
The building administration imposes strict rules on us to be able to host Airbnb guests. Parties are not allowed (or any situation where the maximum number of guests allowed per apartment is unreasonably exceeded). Only registered guests could stay before 10:00 p.m.

Delivery at the apartment
For security reasons, home delivery personnel cannot go directly to departments. Orders will be delivered in the lobby, the doorman will notify you through the intercom.

Smoking ban
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments. In those apartments that have a balcony, you can smoke outside but always collecting the cigarette butts and preventing that the smoke goes inside the apartment.

The building has 24/7 security. There is always security guards in the lobby and the parking entrances.
There are also security cameras at the entrances to the building and the lobby.
In case of any incident, the authorities will be notified immediately.

In case of earthquake
In case of earthquake, you must keep in the apartment until it stops.
I hope there won't be seismic activity on these days but, just in case, you can download 911 CDMX App to get push quake alerts to phones. This app is linked to the seismic alert system that provides up to 60 seconds' warning of earthquakes
